COMMUNITY HEALTH PROJECT

A community health centre initiated by the community to cater for medical needs. The locals used to walk several kilometers before they could access any health facility. The initiation of Sauri community health centre came in handy with many challenges that affect the community which include lack of qualified medical practitioners and proper health facilities which hindered productivity.
Volunteer will be involved in medical work in the dispensary such as registration of patients, giving out patients following doctors prescription, observation and noting the progress of every patient, awareness creation in the community to promote the sustainability of the livelihood among the community forums and local schools.
I6 years of age and above with a strong motivation and commitment to offer services with dignity without imposing values on those who receive their help. This irrespective of academic s, religion, social status and must remain a servant of people as demonstrated by the values guiding exchange of good practice in the society.
