Community budget monitoring’ pilot project.

The aim of the project is the promotion of the participatory operation of community budget and effective management of resources. Community budget monitoring has been implemented in 3 communities of Lori region. There have been formed monitoring groups in the communities in which the competences of monitoring, advocacy, fundraising, project-making have been developed. After that community budget monitoring has been done by them. Reviews and suggestions report have been made and presented to the responsible persons at the local, regional and national levels.
