Target group: youth volunteers, beginner youth workers

Our goal is during the seminar to provide an opportunity for the 18 participants to get to know about the team building methods as a community development and look at the options of the community in the Youth in Action project.
We will talking about the role of the community in our life and about the community as an active social medium. The program provide opportunity for the participants to develop new cooperation, so even more young people will be able to involve domestic or international projects. The participants could acquired skills with the non-formal education methods.
