Call for Partners: Coaching & Mentoring for Youth Workers
Vienna, Austria | Winter 2026 | 6 learning days + 2 travel days
We are inviting partners from EU countries to join our Erasmus+ Training Course: “Coaching & Mentoring for Youth Workers.”
This training is designed to strengthen youth workers’ competences in mentoring, coaching, and youth support in volunteer programs, internships, and non-formal learning environments.
Project Aims & Objectives
• Build a network of youth workers trained in coaching & mentoring methodologies.
• Strengthen skills in active listening, goal setting, feedback, and resilience-building.
• Provide practical training on coaching models, mentoring frameworks, and experiential learning tools.
• Test and develop methods through hands-on sessions & peer learning.
• Foster cross-border cooperation and exchange of best practices.
Who Can Join?
• NGOs, youth organizations, and informal groups active in youth development, career guidance, or volunteer support.
• Partners willing to send 3–4 youth workers (20+ years old).
• Organizations interested in capacity building for their staff.

Participation Rules
• Travel reimbursement is provided only after online dissemination and follow-up activities.
• Only international travel costs are covered (not local transport).
• Each partner ensures full participation and post-training engagement.
Follow-Up & Dissemination
• Participants will co-create a post-mobility webinar (open to at least 30 participants).
• Results and resources will be shared on SALTO Youth, Erasmus+ platforms, and social media for lasting visibility.
Deadline & Partner Info Form (PIF)
If you are in, please reply with your most up-to-date PIF.
Please make sure that:
1. Your PIF elaborates on each of your local activities and specifies how many beneficiaries you reach locally on an annual basis.
2. You highlight projects that are not EU-funded, especially those supported by local or national funding.
3. You use the maximum possible number of characters to answer the four main questions in the PIF.
4. You also answer the additional question: “Would you like to make any comments or add any information to the summary of your organisation’s past participation?”
5. You indicate how many people are employed in your organization and how many are volunteers.
6. You send the PIF as a Word Document using only plain text.
o If you use bullet points, please use plain text ones (e.g. “-” or “*”), not Word’s auto-formatting.
o Leave an actual line between paragraphs instead of relying on Word’s auto-spacing.
Please send your updated PIF (Word format) including links to your regular local activities that are not EU-funded by 23 September.
