Coaches exchange – job shadowing in youth football academies

Polish youth football academy offers coach exchanges: job shadowing at each other's academies, funded by Erasmus+ sport staff mobility.

TS Gwarek Tarnowskie Góry (Poland), a youth football academy certified by the Polish Football Association, invites youth football academies to a coaches exchange.

Our coaches would visit your academy for 3–10 days of job shadowing: training sessions, academy organisation, talent development and work with parents. We are happy to host your coaches in Poland in return.

Each club applies to its own National Agency under Erasmus+ Mobility of Sport Staff, and we provide hosting letters for each other. Deadline in Poland: February 2027.
