Cinema Camp is a proyect where people with little or no experience in the audiovisual medium learn and work together in order to create a short film.
Cinema Camp is an initiative that has have a great success nationally, that's why we're taking it further, looking for partners from Europe who want to be part of it.
The protect consist of a one week meeting where the participants assist to workshops related to cinema: Screenplay, Direction, Production, Interpretation and Editing, in order to learn the skills of the medium, so they can make together in the last days of the meeting a little short film as a final work of the protect.
Localization: Zamora, a beautiful and ancient city with great historic center, a little more than two hours drive from the capital, Madrid.
We're preferably looking for young people with little or no experience in the audiovisual medium, because the level of the workshops will be initiation level. However we don't have any trouble if you have lot of experience ;)
Dates: Saturday 8th of August - Sunday 16th August 2015
Working Language: English.
Number of Participants: 40 maximum (including group leaders).
Participants’ Profile: Youth between 16-17 and 30 years old: young people passionate of arts and specially on cinema. Creative and artistic people. No languages skills are required for the participants. However, the youth leader should have a basic knowledge of English.
We welcome any kind of partner, specially those that match the following criteria:
• Non-profit organizations, youth organization and/or informal group of young people;
• Experience in creation of event and/or project for the promotion of art and culture, at local/international level.
• Experience in the youth/arts field;
• Experience with people with few opportunities;
• Knowledge of English (or Spanish) language in order to facilitate the communication;
Working conditions:
• Working days: 6
• Travel days: 2
• Travel expenses : travel tickets will be reimbursed at the return of the participants back in their countries, within the limit of the Erasmus+ lamp sums;
• Accommodation and food : 100% covered by Erasmus plus funds;
• Participation fees : no participation is required from the participants;
• Materials: such as cameras, microphones, paper or laptops is provided by the coordinating organization. Personal material can be brought by the participants;
