Explore the art of improvisation and discover how mental and physical wellbeing can better help you meet the challenges of recent trends of life.
In this course you will engage in a series of mind soul body improvisational techniques designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits. Learn new skills, pursue your interests or advance your youth work career (the quality of your youth work) with theater improvisation, narrative storytelling and butoh practices.
You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate specific wellness and resilience activities into your life.
The course is designed to build both team and individual resilience and to help to return to and maintain a state of positive mental/physical wellbeing in youth work and in your life.
