Experiential learning theory is based on the work of Dewey, who emphasizes the importance of the effectiveness of individuals in the learning process, and Piaget, who sees intelligence not only as an innate feature but as a result of the interaction between people and the environment. It is David A. KOLB who places the Experiential Learning Theory in the framework in its most generally accepted form. Kolb defines learning as the process where “experience is transformed into knowledge”.

Champions Factory TR has developed ''CHF Train the Trainers'' in the light of the non-formal education for youth workers who are believing that it is necessary to inspire learning, to develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes, for Europe's future. In the Z and Alpha Generation that developed in the 21st century, youth workers and youth leaders play an important role in supporting young people and they should play a vital role in supporting young people's reflection on their personal development.

CHF TR Train the Trainers AIM:
Champions Factory TR, Bursa (Turkey) will also be carried out to monitor the international training courses and continued online training, fieldwork and evaluation of youth workers with the aim of increasing their employability aims to improve teaching skills. The partners are ready to implement the activities of youth workers by expert youth workers.
