Changemakers

To summarise our goals:
1-Train young people about social enterpreneurship
2-To increase the awareness of the participants about differences, inceasing their creativity, self esteem and giving them the necessary tools to create their human centered designs
3-Introduce young people in the host city with "social enterpreneurship", taking the first foot steps of our non profit youth cooperative
4-Introducing different cultures to our participants
5-Meeting with the local decision makers, introducing local decision makers to our participants.

We will have one Main Activity in Germany. It will be organised in July 2024 and all partners will join the activity with 5 young people and 1 group leader. The young participants will be aged between 16-25 and there will be no age limit for the group leaders. Analysing the profiles of our participants, each partner will invite 1 young people who have economoically disadvantaged position. These persons will be in NEET situation (neither education nor employment).
The impact of our project on participants:
1-They will learn to be the architect of change, they will learn to create social enterpreneurship.
2-Using human centered design, they will learn to focus on the needs of people, start to make cooperations
3-Their problem solving skills will be improved, they will be adapted to the changing World
4-They will improve 21. century soft skills, their employment chances will be increased
5-Their social responsibility skills will be improved, they will have better understanding about themselves. They will be more curious, constructive and will have better creative solutions for any kind of problems.
