Change Architects EaP: Building Youth Leadership & Democratic Resilience

Change Architects EaP aims to strengthen the long-term capacity, resilience, and innovation of youth organisations in Region 2 countries. The project will build a comprehensive capacity-building ecosystem grounded in leadership development, emotional resilience, systems thinking, and digital transformation.
Activities include creating Change Architect Hubs, providing ongoing spaces for organisational growth, mentoring, digital innovation, and youth participation; a multi-stage Leadership Academy; two international partner trainings.
At youth level, the project implements 12 Youth Leadership Labs engaging at least 300 young people, prioritising those with fewer opportunities. These Labs support youth-led initiatives, democratic participation, and community action.
