CESEY - Civic Engagement and Science Education for the Youth

- time span of the project:
the project will be 1y long. We will apply in October and get the result in December. the project will start from February 2023 to January 2024. For the first 2 months (till the end of February) we will define the whole project through one or two preparatory meetings to define the exact date of the activity, the selection process, the communication, dissemination, finding the location and organizing a bit the logistic e.g. compliance with special needs. Two and half months before the activities there will be an open call for participants. After the activities instead, there will be a follow-up phase by the participants that will be a local phase action in the context where they live that has to be discussed with all the partners.
- how many exchanges are planned and where:
right now we plan just one youth exchange, which can be one week from May to September 2023 (the whole partnership will decide the exact date but we can be flexible)
- what are the responsibilities of our organization:
it's up to your availability, one of our main partners withdraw from the project and we are open to having you as a "support partner" which means having common and basic responsibilities (selection of participants, dissemination of results etc) or "cooperating partner" which means that beyond basic task like the "support partner" you are involved in the definition of the timetable and delivering some workshop related to Science Education and Civic Engagement
