Empowering citizens to shape inclusive employment futures through local labs, transnational forums, and policy co-creation in Europe.
It is a transnational project aiming to empower marginalized citizens—such as young NEETs, migrants, long-term unemployed adults, and people with disabilities—to contribute actively to the future of European employment and inclusion policies.
Through a structured pathway combining Local Engagement Labs, Transnational Citizen Forums, and Policy Co-creation Sessions, the project will collect real-life experiences, challenges, and innovative ideas directly from citizens. Participants will co-develop a Manifesto for an Inclusive Europe, presenting grassroots recommendations to national and EU policymakers.
The project promotes bottom-up participation, cross-border exchange, and community empowerment, fully aligned with the European values of inclusion, democracy, and social cohesion.
We are currently looking for:
NGOs working on employment innovation, youth inclusion, or social policy (e.g., from Spain, Belgium).
Local authorities or civic organizations active in employment and social inclusion (e.g., from Portugal, Greece).
If you believe that the future of Europe must be co-created by its citizens, join us in building a more inclusive and participatory Union!
