Erasmus+ KA154 youth participation: 7-day career simulation for young people 18–24, self discovery based project designed to help young people explore more.
Erasmus+ KA154 Youth Participation: 7-day career simulation for young people 18–24
Project description:
Many young Europeans aged 18–24 struggle to choose a career path due to limited practical experience and low confidence. Formal education often does not provide opportunities to explore different roles, test skills or fail safely. As a result young people face fear of decision-making, skills mismatch and delayed professional development.
The Career Simulator addresses this challenge through a 7-day non-formal learning mobility based on creativity, self-discovery and real life simulations. Over a 12-month project duration participants will take part in an intensive career simulation week, rotating through five general role categories: Leadership, Creative, Analytical, People, and Practical. The program begins with reflection and team-building and continues with structured role rotation across different thematic sectors. 30 participants from different EU countries will take part in multicultural teams, apply creative approaches and receive professional feedback, enabling them to better understand their strengths, interests and career orientation.
