Career Guidance Center

Dear potential partner,

The Romanian consortium composed of Millennium Center youth organization, Predict CSD Consulting, Aurel Vlaicu University and County Education Authority is looking for 3 partners from other countries ready to be involved in the project ”Career Guidance Center” which is going to be applied for October deadline on K2.
The main priority of two of the organizations involved, for the next period, is to create a career center which will be a meeting point between the needs of the companies for suitable employers and people looking for a job. This application will support our idea with the basic elements of the starting area, having 30 activities which will put together 3 actors:
- The young people who are in the position to decide about their career;
- The universities who are looking for suitable students;
- The companies and institutions;
We will create and use tests, simulation games to discover the real potential of young people and to train them on the suitable journey which suits them best.
Some of the intellectual outputs planned to be realized in this project:
• Study, analyze, book of the main competences identified in the surveys realized among the companies;
• Guide for the people who are searching for a job;
• Internet web-site: virtual world of jobs;
• Some other materials
Project duration: 2 years, 2015-2017.

The tasks of the international partners will be to:
- Participate in the meetings to plan the project;
- Support us to realize some descriptions for the main jobs selected, from the point of view of their local companies, institutions;
- Giving their input and feedback on the materials we create together;
- Work together with us to create a curricula for a training course focused on a transversal competence and some evaluation methods;
- Work together with us to test the materials we create in the project;
- Prepare the dissemination event with us;
- Be involved in some others steps we establish together
We will establish together with the selected partners some other details and the necessary steps.
Each partner will receive a budget for the activities to be developed in their country and, also, if they are involved in the creation of intellectual products, a separate budget for it. (of course, if the project is approved with the plan we make together)

Interested organizations should fill in the attachment which we will deliver after your email. Based on the information you provide, we will make the selection and inform you to send the partnership form (mandate).
Eligible organisations are the ones established in the Programme Guide: higher education institution, educational center, NGO, Youth organization, enterprise, public body, research institute, foundation, cultural organization and so on, a very wide range. The condition, from our point of view is to have interest and if, possible, some experience in this field, of career guidance and to be ready to have an active role in this partnership!
