Career Booster TC and Networking Activity

The idea

Career Booster is a KA1 Mobility of Youth Workers on Erasmus + Mainframe proposal that will be submitted on the April Deadline.
The idea of this TC is to bring together a maximum of 20 -25 youth workers from Program Countries and to focus on deepening their skills on working with young people with fewer opportunities on the topic of employability and entrepreneurship.
Europe is going through a difficult time related with the job market and the times are more difficult for young people that are in the market for a job. Youth workers all over Europe are struggling to empower and to give enough confidence to young people to succeed and to find a job suited to their competences. But who is empowering the youth worker? This TC will try to address this problem by giving a sense to their struggle by proposing instruments and methods in working on this topic, by facilitating a creative exchange of ideas and experience and all troughs a total non-formal environment.

The Partners
If you are part of an organization that relates to this problems, if you are working with unemployed, NEETs young people and feel the need for a Booster contact now the organizers of Career Booster. We are searching for 7 organizations that can send 3 youth workers each. An outside the organization selection is acceptable also for the partners.

The Coordinator
Youth on the Move is a Romanian youth Association that works mostly with young persons with fewer opportunities. We are giving essential couching for youngsters on their way through the job market, organizing trainings on local level, mobility and EVS stages.
