With globalization, information communication technologies have become a prominent part in our lives. In the information era we live in, the transfer of data from social networks has become quite simple. While technology has made our lives much easier, it has also brought some problems with it. As it became widespread to share objects containing personal information on social networks, violation of private life is inevitable.

Personal data is not only stored on a digital basis. Personal data is information that expresses the person herself/himself and serves to identify the individual. It is a multidimensional term that concerns the honour, private life and rights of the person. Within the scope of private life; Personal data is a phenomenon that includes a lot of information from the physical characteristics of the person to her/his religious beliefs, from her/his health and education status to mutual communication and family life. Thanks to the developing technology, it has become easier to store, compile and process personal data. However, the risk of misuse of all this information has increased more than ever.

We aim to raise awareness among young people about the right of privacy, which is one of our most fundamental rights, via our project. Through the project, informing young people about media literacy and helping them develop their skills in this direction are among our goals as well. Within the scope of our project, We also aim young people to gain the skills of reading comprehension and analysis correctly, being aware of their rights and obligations while using social networks, critical and analytical thinking.
