Call for Partners: The Baltic Entrepreneurial Camp (KA152-YOU)

The Baltic Entrepreneurial Camp is an international youth exchange designed to strengthen entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and future-oriented skills among young people through non-formal, experiential learning.

The project leverages entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology to empower youth to become proactive, creative, and economically aware participants in European society.

The camp will bring together young people from across Europe to work in mixed international teams, participate in workshops, case studies, simulations, and practical challenges, and explore how entrepreneurship and start-ups contribute to economic growth, employment, innovation, and sustainable development in the EU.

Activities & Methodology
The 1-week camp will be based on non-formal education principles and include:

•Interactive entrepreneurship workshops
•Case studies from start-up and innovation ecosystems
•Product development and ideation challenges
•Group simulations and problem-solving exercises
•Study visits to universities, innovation hubs, and companies
•Reflection sessions and peer learning
•Cultural exchange and intercultural activities

All activities are designed to be inclusive, participatory, and youth-centred, focusing on learning by doing and collaborative teamwork.
