We are looking for partners from islands of EU to build up a long term collaborations

We are looking for NGO's from the islands of EU to apply projects for the next deadlines. We are highly interest in islands that are EU territories but at the same time are far from the mainland of EU.
For example ( Canary Islands, Aruba , Reunion, Azores etc)
