We are excited to announce a partnership opportunity under the Erasmus+ KA153 program. A leading non-governmental organization based in Northeastern Poland is seeking committed partners to collaborate on the development of an innovative project: the Youth Workers Academy.
About Us:
Our organization has a strong track record of empowering young people and youth workers through various initiatives and projects. We are deeply committed to fostering the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary for youth workers to effectively support and guide young people in their communities.
Project Overview:
The Youth Workers Academy aims to equip youth workers with the essential knowledge, practical skills, and innovative tools needed to enhance their work with young people. By leveraging shared experiences, good practices, and study visits, this project seeks to empower youth workers to overcome obstacles in their roles and support young people on their journey to becoming active and aware citizens in democratic societies.
Project Objectives:
>>Exchange of good practices: Facilitate the sharing of successful local experiences and strategies in youth work among participants from different countries.
>>Identify obstacles: Work together to identify the key challenges and obstacles faced by youth workers in their roles and develop strategies to address them.
>>Explore new trends: Investigate emerging trends and innovative approaches in youth work to better equip youth workers for the evolving needs of young people.
>>Provide theoretical frameworks: Offer a robust theoretical foundation for youth work that can be applied in various contexts and environments.
>>Study visits and best practices: Organize study visits in Poland and partner countries to explore and learn from real-life examples of effective youth work practices.
>>Support for democratic participation: Equip youth workers with the tools and knowledge to help young people become more active, aware, and engaged citizens within democratic societies.
