Project title: EMPOWER HER – Integrated pathways to autonomy and participation for migrant women

Project summary:
The project promotes the social and economic inclusion of migrant women through personalised, gender-responsive, and community-based actions. Activities will include outreach and awareness-raising, empowerment and rights workshops, tailored upskilling and labour market insertion pathways, intercultural mentoring programmes, and training for public and private stakeholders.

The project targets vulnerable migrant women (e.g. mothers, survivors of trauma, long-term unemployed, low-skilled), aiming to enhance their autonomy and civic participation and to strengthen local multi-stakeholder cooperation.

We are seeking:
Organisations with stable and direct engagement with migrant communities – ideally migrant-led or with active migrant leadership – working in social inclusion, labour integration, gender equality, or civic participation.

Who can join:

Non-profit and for-profit entities

Organisations legally established in an EU Member State (except Denmark)

Actors with field experience in supporting migrant women

Entities available to co-design and implement local and transnational activities

The consortium will include at least 5 partners from 5 different eligible countries.
