We are thrilled to invite international partners to collaborate on our upcoming Erasmus+ Cooperation Project, focusing on social innovation and the implementation of the renowned "Social Hostel Chata methodology." This initiative is dedicated to empowering socially vulnerable young people, and we believe that your organization's expertise will greatly contribute to its success.

The "Social Hostel Chata" program is a comprehensive set of assistance measures designed to support socially vulnerable individuals, with a particular emphasis on empowering young people. From accommodation to sustainable integration into the labor market, Chata offers a holistic approach to address the diverse needs of its participants. The program's success lies in its ability to foster a sense of belonging, resilience, and practical skills essential for navigating life's challenges.
Project Goals:
Assess the needs of socially vulnerable young people in partner countries.
Develop and adapt the "Social Hostel Chata" methodology for effective implementation.
Translate and adapt work methods applied in partner countries.
Conduct an international training in Lithuania to enhance the skills of youth workers.
Organize local training sessions in partner countries (1-3 sessions based on budget).
Implement educational programs for socially vulnerable young people.
Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the programs.
Main Activities:
Needs Assessment and Methodology Preparation: Research on the prevailing problems and adaptation of the Chata methodology.
International Training in Lithuania: Enhancing the skills of youth workers from partner countries.
Local Trainings in Partner Countries: 1-3 sessions per country based on the project budget.
Implementation of Educational Programs: Delivering programs for socially vulnerable young people.
Impact Assessment: Evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented programs.
Project Management: Coordination, publicity, international meetings, and risk management.
Potential Target Groups:
18-29-year-old young people with a history of criminal acts or imprisonment.
Migrants facing social vulnerabilities.
Youth not currently studying or employed.
Other socially vulnerable young people.
Partner Responsibilities:
Partners will actively engage in all project activities, including research, methodology adaptation, organizing meetings, participating in training sessions, conducting local trainings, and organizing community events.
Training Details:
International Training in Lithuania.
Local Training in Partner Countries (1-3 sessions, details to be finalized based on budget).
Participants from vulnerable groups: 4 topics * 10 participants = 40 participants.
Training for youth workers: One training with a maximum of 12 participants.
