Under Erasmus + KA1 Wrocław Youth Club is organizing a training course about Entrepreneurship and StartUps : “ Invest in your Idea - enter the Youth Enterprise”

A project for young persons and NGO’s that would like to start or develop theirs story with Youth and Social Start-up sector!
The project aims to empower young people with tools and competences in the area of entrepreneurship and management, in order to support the creation of sustainable social initiatives in the spirit of participation of young people, solidarity and active citizenship. Transversal aspects of the training course will be the ERASMUS+ Programme, professional and organisational development, and the fostering of new partnerships and projects.
The project aim is also to improve personal development and employability. Spreading, consolidating and developing the enterprise culture among the young people will give them more opportunities on the labor market, by creating their own job opportunities. Due to economical crises it is very important that young people have ideas and think about theirs future and professional life’s and have knowledge of how to put that idea into practice.
The activities for this training course are based on various methods of non-formal learning: dialogue within the groups, role-playing, observation and simulation activities, projection of future actions etc.
During the project you will get the knowledge how to develop new enterprise, from creating the idea to finding investors and dealing with customers. In the project we also want to focus on developing the strategy for participating NGO’s about how to support and raise the number of youth enterprises.
On the workshops we will be using the most popular Entrepreneurship models from real world. Through the project we want to strengthen and support participating organizations to multiply the impact of youth work in the entrepreneurship segment and to raise the visibility of youth Start-up centers.

Training objectives are:
 building up competences of the participants and practice tools in relevant areas of management for entrepreneurship and sustainable social initiatives
 developing the capacity of youth organisations in entrepreneurship;
 supporting process and development: how to be a good learner and how to be creative to explore the concept of entrepreneurship and sustainable social initiatives, and to seehow it applies to the participants at professional and personal level, to the represented organisations and the influence of the “market” and further stakeholders
 assessment of best practices and common pitfalls
 action planning for sustainable future development at personal and professional level (as entrepreneurs and active participants in civil society), at organisational level (to ensure sustainability in initiatives and development), and at international partnership level (via future joint actions and projects)



Wrocław Youth Club Partner Organization Eligibility criteria:
In order to become a partner in this project you must comply with the following criteria:

• high motivation, participants actively involved in StartUp/Enterprenurship project of your NGO
• aged 18-40
• actively involved in youth work, already working in start-up sector or wish to join
• ready to implement marketing management in your everyday practice
• represent fully registered NGO/Institution which has PIC number and uploaded registration documents to URF portal
• You are legally established in a country belonging to one of the following groups:
o the 27 EU member states(Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden and United Kingdom)
o Non EU Programme Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Macedonia and Turkey)
o Western Balkans (Albania,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro
and Serbia)
o Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia
Azerbaijan
Belarus
Georgia
Moldova
Territory of Ukraine as recognised by international law)
Max 2 participants per organization.
We expect to host 27/28 participants from Program countris. Deadline for application is 20th of April. ONLY full applications will be considered!
