C3 Lab – Creativity, Community, Citizenship

In many local contexts, youth workers face declining youth participation in democratic life, polarisation, climate anxiety, and growing tensions around diversity and inclusion. C3 Lab is a KA153 which equips youth workers with creative facilitation and community-based participation tools to transform civic concerns (especially climate justice) into safe, inclusive, measurable youth actions.

At the end of the project, participants will be able to
Participants will be able to:
- Facilitate participatory democracy methods (deliberative dialogue, youth assemblies, consensus tools, world café/open space);
- Turn climate concerns into civic participation pathways (stakeholder mapping, community organising basics, advocacy planning, campaign ethics);
- Create inclusive and safer spaces (group agreements, power-aware facilitation, microaggressions prevention, de-escalation and conflict transformation);
- Integrate critical media awareness as a transversal support to participation (verification basics, ethical communication);
- Produce a Local Action Plan with objectives, indicators, safeguarding/risk checks, dissemination and replication steps.
