C.A.T.S - Caring Actions Towards Strays

C.A.T.S - Caring Actions Towards Strays aimed to improve the life conditions of stray cats in Limassol and to help reduce the littering caused by people in cat colonies.

The objectives of this project were:

- To install at least 8 feeding stations (for food and water) for the stray cats of Limassol in locations where there are cat colonies.
- To improve the life conditions of stray cats in the streets of Limassol.
- To help reduce the littering caused by people in these cat colonies.
- To find new homes for stray kittens and cats that were abandoned or abused.
- To help people understand that cats are part of this island and we should treat them with care and respect.
- To raise awareness about the importance of coexisting with stray cats in a clean community.
- To involve at least 100 people in our activities for the whole duration of the project.
- To achieve sustainable long term results.
- To make the local solidarity projects more known in our area with the hope that other young people will take similar initiatives for a better change.
