This project allows sports educators to learn innovative European methods to improve inclusion and enhance the quality of team sports coaching in France.
Our organisation is developing a European mobility project for sports educators with a clear ambition: to enrich team sports coaching practices by drawing on innovative and inclusive pedagogical methods already implemented in other European countries.
On a daily basis, our educators work with a wide range of audiences in clubs, schools and local authorities. They are increasingly facing challenges that go beyond sport practice itself: inclusion of diverse groups, youth engagement, behaviour management, team cooperation and the transmission of educational values through sport. In response to these realities, we aim to give our educators the opportunity to discover concrete European approaches rooted in real-life practice, placing education, participation and collective dynamics at the heart of sporting activities.
The objective of this mobility project is to immerse a group of educators in a European organisation recognised for its innovative coaching methods. The mobility will mainly be based on the observation of sessions, exchanges with local professionals and, where possible, supervised participation in activity delivery. The goal is not only to discover a specific practice, but to understand a broader pedagogical approach, its principles, tools and its ability to adapt to different sporting contexts.
We are looking for European partners committed to sport and social inclusion through sport. We seek organisations that share the belief that sport can be a powerful tool for dialogue, empowerment and cooperation, and that are willing to host educators in a spirit of practice exchange and mutual learning. This partnership is based on balanced cooperation, mutual knowledge transfer, respect for local contexts and the valorisation of each organisation’s experience.
This project fully aligns with European values of cooperation, inclusion and lifelong learning. It aims to create lasting connections between sports professionals, encourage the circulation of know-how and jointly develop more inclusive and educational sports practices.
We would like to organise the mobility between Saturday 17 October 2026 and 2 November 2026.
We would be delighted to connect with European organisations interested in this approach, willing to share their expertise, host educators in mobility and potentially develop longer-term collaborations.
