Eurohungaricum Foundation is planning a project (YIA - 3.1) designed primary for youth with aim to improve Youth information on environmental-conscious life.

Eurohungaricum Public Benefit Foundation is planning a project in the frame of YIA (Action 3.1) designed primary for 18-25 youth with aim to improve Youth information on environmental-conscious life in the everyday life. The participants will design an eco-friendly playground and a herb garden, both of them will serve public purposes in Northern Hungary.


The objectives of the WorkShop are:

- gaining knowledge on and utilization of various information regarding to the protection of nature; healthy lifestíle
- learning about and practicing tips and tricks with emphasis on using them for public use
- learning about different ways of accessing information and sharing it with various target groups of Young people (secondary school children, marginalized groups);
- gaining knowledge of practical skills needed for job seeking (writing CVs, following letters etc.)
- developing future cooperation through Youth in Action projects.


Main elements which will be our methods are: knowledge transfer, using experiential learning, best practice examples, presentations and discussions, learning by doing, group work, handicraft sessions.

The workshops will take place in Hatvan, Hungary in June, 2013.
