According to recent research the population in the EU, actively employed, is decreasing.
The young entrepreneurs are exploring all the possibilities of the digital market, but at the same time while they are paving their own path on this very competitive market, they are exposed at huge stress and even ready to meet the challenge, accumulated many knowledge and competences from their educational experience, they need to focus on and additionally to maintain their positive attitude and to build resilence investing in their personal development and taking care preventively for their mental health so their projects may succeed.
The project will try to outline the positive and the negative aspects of life and work in a digital environment. The participants in the training activities should consciously analyse their behavior as a worker and a person intervening with others digitally and should build their plan and strategy how they may present better in the future.
Learning negotiation, presentation and communication skills, sharing everyone's experience in the daily digital interaction will upgrade the personal qualities of the participants.
The project will also be focused on how the digital experience of young people may be more productive, conveying knowledge on topics like financial literacy, consumer rights and civil engagement.
Additionally, it will demonstrate techniques on how young people working remotely may handle stress and alienation, caused by the fact that they interact with their customers and families very often predominantly online.
