Bring your Youth Exchange idea to Germany – Host & Applicant Partner

Do you already have an idea for an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange and are looking for a strong German partner, host organisation or applicant?

Nature Community is an intentional intergenerational community and learning place in rural Bavaria, Germany, close to the Czech border. Our site offers accommodation, seminar and community spaces, workshops and extensive outdoor areas, making it possible to host international groups in the context of a living community.

We are interested in co-developing Youth Exchanges around topics such as:

– sustainable living, ecological regeneration, permaculture and practical climate action
– community building, cooperation, group dynamics and conflict transformation
– democracy, participation, shared decision-making and active citizenship
– intercultural dialogue and European cooperation
– self-directed and non-formal learning
– social innovation and youth-led projects
– digital balance, media literacy and healthy use of technology
– creativity, embodied learning and practical skills
– rural development and community-based responses to social challenges

Nature Community can contribute as a host organisation in Germany, project partner and – for a suitable project and partnership – applicant/coordinator in Germany.

We are interested in partners who want to co-create the Youth Exchange with us and actively involve young people in its development, preparation, implementation and follow-up.

We have extensive experience with European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Teams and some experience with Erasmus+ projects. We would now like to further develop and deepen our involvement in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and build long-term partnerships with organisations across Europe.

Our team brings experience in facilitation, community building, participatory decision-making, group processes, conflict transformation, sustainable building, ecological practices, creative and embodied learning and the organisation of international gatherings.
