BRIDGE - Virtual Exchange on Neighbourhood East region

BRIDGE is a 36-month Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project bringing together young people aged 18-30 from Europe and the Eastern Neighbourhood to explore three themes that define their generation: labour mobility and the brain drain phenomenon, navigating multicultural workplaces, and building the skills needed for remote and cross-border work.

Through structured virtual dialogues, role simulations and collaborative activities, participants will develop intercultural and digital competencies while building real cross-cultural professional connections. Trained facilitators facilitate all sessions and learning outcomes are recognised through Youthpass and Open Badges.

We are looking for one final partner from Armenia, Ukraine, or Georgia, ideally an organisation working directly with young people aged 18-30, with experience in youth work, employability, or intercultural dialogue.
