Bridge Builders

The volunteers will work in three different spheres:
- project management
- Events and communication
- EVS and SVE promoting

Objectives:
- Encourage youth involvement and active citizenship.
- Engaging civil society with a clear mandate to spider a strong networking enabling effective youth participation
- promote community mobilization through voluntary actions in collaboration with territorial organisation to adress local development issues.
- Promote EVS in Nabeul governorate by empowering local organisation through the exchange of good practices on how to proceed the Euro-mediterranean volunteering projects.

Main activities:
The volunteers will be involved in the following activities:
-set a database with organisations willing to get involved in trans-national volunteerism.
- establishing an on line system for interaction and experience sharing.
-assuring new media coverage of the hosting organization.
-developping and managing local events in collaboation with territorial NGO.
- offering the local organization training to enroll in the network of volunteering action.

Profile of the volunteer :
Strong motivation and dedication for working inside youth group are very apprecieted. Volunteer’s enthusiasm, creativity and interest in order to engage with people, to work in team but also willingness to accept personal responsibilities are highly appreciated. A readiness to work with flexibility in changing or developing situations is essential,
 Young people (18-30), legal residents in a Program Country, interested in non formal education and voluntarism and ready to get involved in youth work activities.

Some or practical skills are needed, as:
- Knowledge about Erasmus+, Euromedyouth program will be very much apprecieted.
- French and/or English language skills are required.
