Breaking Language Barriers Down - BALBED

The project includes actions aimed at revealing the individual level of understanding and handling of the English language of the employees from various levels, jobs and different cognitive level. Other expected benefits of the project include the strengthening of mobility, the integration of new technologies in education, certification of knowledge and skills to support innovation and promote co-operation at European level. The training will be implemented through a learning platform (with the distance learning method), the possibility would exist to the beneficiaries to attend classes on days and times that are convenient due to their work engagements. Collaboration and exchange of knowledge will occur during the implementation of the project as the virtual class will work simultaneously in all participating countries. In addition, learning through the distance learning method will produce a personalized learning plan per participant adapted to its own shortcomings.
