Born this way

We are urgently looking for one more partner for a youth exchange 18th-27th of July 2018: 7 participants 15-20 years-old+ 1 leader.

The project will be from the 18th to the 27th of July 2018 in the north of Italy, in Arona on the Lago Maggiore.
The project "Born this way” is a multilateral youth exchange that involves 34 young participants aged 15-20 and it will involve 4 European partners.
It will be 10 days long and it will be coordinated and implemented using non formal education and activities that will directly involve young people.
The ideas is to develop activities for the youth that are interested in becoming peer educators.
The exchange's topic will be the right to be what we are and accept us and the other in this sense.
We are surrended by racism, not acceptance, intolerance, judgement, violence, dis-integration and we strongly believe that we need to re-think about ourselves as Person, with the big “P”.
We are who are and this is not just fine, but perfect!
No matter where you are from, who you are in love with, the colour of your skin and the religion (or not) you believe in.
We will work together on this topic with activities and tools that will be artistic, creative and innovatives with social media.
The group will as well be involved in get to know activities, session about expectations, trips to know the hosting region, and free time activities.
The method applied is encouraging every participant's active involvement in the program, and free expression of mind. Through group work the project seeks for the personal development of each participant.
