Blended Theatre Workshops KA1 Training Masterclass

This KA1 youth worker training has the main objective of building the capacity of participating organizations in blended theater methodology through competence development of the youth workers who are a part of the organization.

What are blended theatre methods? Those are methods that allow you to host fantastic and engaging workshops not only offline, but also online. And when you can combine the power of both, magic indeed happens, and you make a greater impact with youth work.

7-day TC in the Netherlands. Each partner organisation brings 3 youth workers to the training who are a part of the organisation and would like to build their capacity as an organization and master competencies related to delivering quality programs for youth using blended methods of theatre.

The program is a 7-day intensive that also includes visits by and to local stakeholders and theatre organizations, which we will learn from. We really aim at bringing together youth workers who have previous experience. It's not training for newcomers to youth work.

After the training, you will come back home with very specific tools and methods to use, workshops to implement in your communities. We will fully equip you with everything needed to become a successful trainer and youth worker who uses blended methods of theatre.

1. When you send us an email and apply to be a partner (we just look for 3 right now), send us a clear motivation statement along with your PIF. Why is this training NEEDED for your youth workers and organizations? How will your local community benefit from getting involved?

2. Send us 3 names and a little bio of specific youth workers you intend to send, why do those persons have to attend? We also welcome people with fewer opportunities and disabilities.

3. Email us how you will make sure to disseminate project results and how you will ensure the visibility of this project? Make sure to send specific links.

If you answer those questions very specifically, it's almost guaranteed that we will schedule a brief call with you and select you as a partner. Please don't send us nameless copy paste emails, we will not consider those.
