Yurttaş Akraba Topluluğu Başkanlığı tarafından açılan 2016 Kosova Yılı Programına kosovadan ortak kurumlara ihtiyaç -bulunmaktadır. Türkiye ile Kosova arasındaki siyasal, tarihsel, kültürel ve sosyal ilişkilerin geliştirmesi ve yeni işbirliği alanlarının tesis edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır
