Women's in sport and promoting their participation in leadership roles are key to overcoming social and cultural barriersthat continue to limit gender equality.

Through this project, we aim to work together with European partners to develop workshops, seminars and awareness-raising activities that will increase
Women's interest in sport and promoting their participation in leadership roles are key to overcoming social and cultural barriers
that continue to limit gender equality in this field.

Each national team will be composed of 4 young people or youth workers (over 18 years old). The profile we are looking for are young people with:Teamwork : Willingness to collaborate in group dynamics and intercultural environments.

Interest in sports : It is not necessary to be an athlete, but it is essential to be curious about the subject and its connection to gender equality.
Creativity : Ability to develop innovative solutions and proposals during workshops.
Inclusive Leadership: Interest in taking on roles that promote equality and inclusion in their communities.
Intercultural Curiosity: Enthusiasm for learning about other cultures and sharing their own.
Social Sensitivity: Concern for social justice, equal opportunities, and human rights.

We have an amazing youth hostel in PUENTE GENIL, a wonderful town in Córdoba (Spain) with space for 36 young people to participate in our projects!
