The primary target group consists of coaches, educators, mentors, and organizers actively involved in women’s and girls’ football at the grassroots and community level, particularly those working with youth and amateur teams. This includes individuals from clubs, schools, NGOs, and sport associations who play a key role in promoting participation, safeguarding, inclusion, and leadership within women’s football.
A secondary target group includes women and girls engaged in football activities, especially from underrepresented or marginalized backgrounds, who will indirectly benefit from the improved skills, knowledge, and inclusive methodologies developed and implemented by the project participants.
The project requires support in the form of expertise exchange, and institutional cooperation to ensure high-quality training, inclusive practices, and sustainable impact in women’s football.
