"Beyond Bias: Embracing Anti-Racist Practices" is an Erasmus+ training course designed to equip youth workers with the tools and knowledge to actively combat racism and promote inclusivity within their communities. In a diverse and interconnected Europe, anti-racist practices are essential for fostering unity, understanding, and collaboration across cultural and national lines. By addressing biases and challenging systemic racism, youth workers can create environments where every young person feels valued and empowered.

This course emphasizes the importance of inclusivity as a cornerstone of European unity, encouraging participants to reflect on their own biases and to develop strategies that promote equality and justice. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and practical activities, participants will gain the skills needed to lead by example, ensuring that the values of diversity and solidarity are upheld in their work and beyond. By embracing anti-racist practices, we strengthen the bonds that unite us, paving the way for a more just and cohesive European society.
