Between isolation and freedom

Training for specialists working in filed of social exclusion.

Young people leaving the institutions (prisons, correctional facilities, centers for youth with behavioral disorders) have great difficulty in adapting to society. Problems they have to face are: homelessness, addictions, lack of family support, lack of professional qualifications, low social skills.
How to support youth in institutional work to prepare them to life in society? How to work with youth leaving institutions? What kind of tools and support we can/should provide?
We want to organize training for specialists who work in institutions for youth/with youth and for specialists who work with youth after institutions (social workers, educators, psychologists).
The main idea of the training is to share methods and tools and develop the professional skills.
