Our project aims to address issues such as skipping breakfast, unhealthy food consumption, and economic barriers to healthy eating.
In our school, many students skip breakfast, leading to exhaustion, sleepiness, and poor academic performance. Additionally, their high consumption of unhealthy food results in hyperactivity and increased risks of obesity, diabetes, and other health issues. Economic challenges make it difficult for students to integrate healthy food into their diets, as they often opt for cheaper, processed foods. Meanwhile, the school canteen struggles to maintain affordable yet nutritious meal options due to financial constraints.
This KA-122 Erasmus+ project aims to promote a lasting healthy lifestyle among young people by addressing these challenges through international collaboration.
By partnering with European schools, we will explore successful school nutrition programs, budget-friendly healthy eating habits, and innovative ways to improve student well-being. Participants will gain valuable real-life experiences through mobility activities, learning how other schools and communities tackle similar issues.
Through workshops, school campaigns, and collaborative initiatives, we will develop practical strategies to help students make healthier choices while considering economic limitations. By integrating these insights into our school environment, we hope to enhance students’ well-being, improve academic performance, and foster a long-term culture of healthy living.
