Behind the Script – Critical Thinking, Power and Narratives in Youth Work

This project focuses on the critical analysis of narratives that influence young people: who tells the story, who has a voice, who is excluded, and what interests lie behind dominant discourses. The training combines critical storytelling, theatre-based exercises, and reflective methods to support youth workers in addressing themes such as power, identity, inclusion, and civic participation. Participants will learn how to design educational activities that help young people question dominant narratives and build their own informed perspectives.
