Befriended

BEFRIENDED would be focusing on the “digital paradox”, where digital platforms provide youth with opportunities for connectivity, self-expression, and access to information. For many, these platforms foster a sense of closeness with others, transcending physical and geographical boundaries. However, on the flip side, many feel increasingly disconnected, isolated, and bereft of genuine and real friendships. Therefore we want to focus on topic of true friendship, close human to human contact and interaction rather than being disconnected from each other and only in connection online. We will be exploring friendship on different levels - also how to be friends with ourselves, our bodies and nature.
The course will be based on movement, embodiment, contact improvisation, non-violent communication, nature-based learning, eco-centric approach by Bill Plotkin and mental well-being tools. This training would be facilitated by Filip Kňažek https://www.filipknazek.eu and Veronika Pavlová (president of Younique CZ). There will be a participation fee.

We have already confirmed partners from Estonia, Czechia, Belgium, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Italy.
