BE PART - "ReJobCration" Seminar

Foral Diputation of Bizkaia, EDE Foundation and Kiribil Network are the promoters of BE-PART project (Biscay Europe Partnership) financed through the European Commission Program Youth in Action (now included in Erasmus+).

Foral Diputation of Bizkaia is Bizkaia’s province government. Through his Sports and Youth General Direction, it fosters and develops youth policies in that historical territory.

EDE Foundation (that includes Suspergintza Elkartea), is an ONG aimed to the social, cultural and educational development of Bizkaia, through the realization of programs and activities for people and organizations that work in social field.

Kiribil is a network of 7 local ONG; it is aimed at strengthen local community through social and educational programs for children and young people.

The 3 entities together, are the promoters of BE PART Project. Its purpose is to increase the inclusion and the participation of young people in European and local key. The Project includes many actions – youth exchanges, international trainings and seminars, volunteering activities, transnational youth initiatives – to be realized in 2 years (2014-2016).

ReJOBcreation is the next BE-PART project event. It consists in an international seminar on the topic “The leisure time education as a place to promote youth employ and employability”.

The seminar, that will take place from the 10th to the 13th of November in the Foral Library of Bizkaia (BILBAO), is aimed at discuss what kind of jobs can be created within leisure time education, and how to strengthen youth employability through no formal education.
The event will include debates between experts and people involved in designing youth policies and projects, exchange of good practices, visits at interesting youth spaces, workshops and work groups with young people and youth workers.

About 15 people, from 7 European Countries, will work together for 4 days, going deep to the heart of the topic through no formal education methods. They will finally develop reference strategies for strengthen youth employability through leisure time education programs.

For workshops and group work, we are looking for young people with this requirements:
 To be a young person, between 18 and 35 years old;
 To be part of a no formal education organization, a social movement and/or a ONG, to be a youth worker or to be a young person actively involved in youth projects;
 To be able to communicate in English;
 To be interested in share, match and learn with other young people.

All accommodation costs and 50% of travel costs will be covered by Be PART project organization.
