Be a Changemaker
The European Union Official Journal (Official Journal of the European Union) emphasizes entrepreneurship, the main competences of lifelong learning, in the council recommendation dated 22 May 2018. In the recommendation of the Council;
It is emphasized that the digital and entrepreneurial competencies of young people should be developed, entrepreneurship competency should be promoted in member countries and young people should have at least one entrepreneurial experience. In addition, the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 puts young people to be equipped with life skills to cope with the changing world, and to make young people social participatory individuals among the general objectives.
Social entrepreneurship refers to creating and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions to address social and environmental challenges. Social entrepreneurs are individuals or organizations that apply entrepreneurial principles to develop and deploy innovative approaches to solve societal problems, while also creating positive social impact.
Social entrepreneurs face many challenges. These challenges are: Financial Sustainability, Scaling Impact, Measuring Impact, Regulatory and Policy Barriers, Limited Networks and Collaboration, Resistance to Change, Skills Gap, Ethical Dilemmas.
This project is focused on developing youth leaders’ both skills and knowledge that a social entrepreneur should have to be a changemaker in a changing world. Because, social entrepreneurs must possess a variety of skills, including social and emotional intelligence, problem solving, and an in-depth understanding of social issues.

Objectives of the Project
Promote social entrepreneurship among young people (age 18-30)
Support young people to develop 21. century skills for sustainable Social Enterprises.
To enable young people to acquire the skills necessary to be a social entrepreneur.
Building an innovative digital toolset with a flipped learning approach in the digital age.
Strengthen the skills of youth workers, youth leaders and teachers to become social entrepreneur mentors
Empowering youth workers, youth leaders and teachers to become mentors for social entrepreneurs.

Activities:
In a 24-month project, we will implement;
work package 1: project implementation
work packages 2: Production of Project Results/how to become a social entrepreneur?
for the creation of Work Package submodules; Duties and responsibilities will be decided together by holding online meetings with the participation of all partners.
work packages 3: Mobility Activities; Activities will be organized to develop and test the modules of the previous work package (Learning teaching activities LTTA (C1, C2, C3, C4)
work packages 4: Multiplier Events; Online and face-to-face conflicts and trainings will be organized.

Target Group: Young men and women (age 18-30), youth leaders, youth workers, decision makers in the youth sector, teachers, youth trainers, career advisors, young entrepreneurs. And other relevant professionals like team-builders, hr managers, adult trainers, university professors, youth supporting groups, etc. will be our target groups during and after the project.

A guide to methods, techniques and practices that support the skills necessary for social entrepreneurship.
The guide to being equipped to start a social enterprise. Use of digital tools, project design, etc.
An interactive learning platform (MOOC)
