The Partner-Finding Tool
This is a KA-204 project for strategic partnership (exchange of good practices) in the filed of Adult Education.
The National Association of Municipal Clerks in Bulgaria (NAMCB) is looking for partners interested in being part of a KA-204 project on the theme "Balkan Academy for Modern Leadership in the Educational Institution". The purpose of the project is to clarify what modern leadership means for educational institutions in Balkan countries by identifying and spreading out best practices connected to modern forms and methods of leadership applied in educational institutions in this part of Europe.
The project will consist of:
- Transnational project meetings hosted by the project partners (4 or 5);
- Two short-term joint-staff training events held in Bulgaria and based on the Leadership Academy Program of the Council of Europe (two 5-day modules);
- One blended mobility of adult learners (5-day event, held in Bulgaria after the training events);
- Information and dissemination activities in each country.
The project partners we aim to engage are educational institutions, schools, local departments or regional directorates of education, etc. from program and partners EU counties on the Balkans.
The target groups of this project are managers in the educational field, teachers, and other pedagogical specialists working in the sector.
Priority will be given to the partner(s) with experience in organizing blended mobility activities and/or have ideas and recources to secure the virtual mobility (i.e. the distance-learning element) of the blended mobility of adult learners.
If your organization/municipality is interested in being our partner in this project, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail with your PIF, examples of good leadership practices, and motivation to take part in the initiative v.lazarovv@abv.bg before Friday, February 22, 2019. After a selection procedure we will send mandate letters to the identified partners.
