Through these workshops participants should have fun and develop skills which can be useful in the future search for a job. All European participants will also organize the final event in Pisa, a meeting of 30 acting companies which will bring on stage their own play. The event will be occasion of artistic and cultural exchange among people who work in theatrical field from all Europe.

Role of the partners: Each partner should organize in his country at least one workshop in the field which is more interesting for his reality and more appropriate for the association. It should also took part in the organization of the event in Pisa in two ways: 1) helping finding the acting companies from the own country or near countries and 2) practical arrangements, like for example draw posters for the event promotion. From every country some of the participants who took part in the workshops will have the possibility to come to Pisa (ca. 10 people).

Financial conditions: The projects will cover all costs due to the workshops like materials, spaces, specialized teaching staff. Each partner will so receive a different contribution on the base of which and how many workshops are realized. The project will also cover the travel costs for ca. 10 people from every involved country to Pisa during the final event and of course the practical arrangements during the festival.
