It's an Erasmus+ Sport KA182 project focused on performance, adapted physical activity, nutrition and mental well-being through sport staff mobilities.
This Erasmus+ Sport KA182 project aims to develop the skills of sport professionals through European mobility experiences focused on sport performance and adapted physical activity (APA).
The project is carried by two professionals: one is a teacher in adapted physical activity and a dietitian, and the other works in adapted physical activity and health, as well as in sport performance, physical preparation and mental preparation.
The objective of the project is to observe and exchange practices in high-performance sport environments (training centers, clubs and preparation systems) as well as in adapted physical activity and sport-health structures. Mobilities will include job shadowing and professional exchanges, focusing on how performance-based approaches (individualisation, physical preparation, mental aspects and recovery) can be adapted to diverse populations, and how inclusive and adapted practices can enrich performance models. We are looking for partners working in performance sport, adapted physical activity, nutrition or mental well-being, and open to hosting mobility activities.
