Aspire to Inspire

training course dedicated solely for youth workers; great opportunity to learn/develop vocational skills in youth work services related to entrepreneurship

The training course “Aspire to Inspire“, tentatively scheduled on 5-10 September 2020, will bring together the parties involved in youth work, representing 10 different nationalities (3 delegates from each country). The participants will brace themselves to learn about the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and develop new vocational competencies to propagate enterpreneurship as factor to engineer changes in society. This international mobility will also offer attention to phenomenon of entrepreneurship in remote, rural and unprivileged areas.

Objectives of the training course:
* improvement in basic entrepreneurial knowledge of the delegates (youth work specialists)
* gaining insight into managing entrepreneurship projects and using them to address the challenges concerning young people
* raising awareness of youth workers in their position to encourage grassroot initiatives among youngsters and proteges
* development of practical skills in drafting and implementing entrepreneurship projects
* understanding entrepreneurship as effective strategy to combat unemployment

Preferred profile for participating youth workers:
* age category 20 years and onwards
* sufficient comprehension of English language
* showing interest in youth entrepreneurship training and education
* proven record of work in youth domain
* high motivation and drive towards attendance in the entire training course
* expressing interest in networking and sharing intel/experiences/observations with co-parties during this training course

This initiative will be bankrolled from the budget of Erasmus + Programme, hence we do not expect monetary contributions from the attending guests. The hosting organization will therefore finance the lodging and meals along with the reimbursement of travel expenses per guidelines indicated in Erasmus+ Programme.
