Aspects, opportunities and resources for motivational Training for Social Inclusion

The target activities of the project proposal will generate results to tackle an unprecedented youth unemployment in Europe and will support the efforts of young Europeans to resume work or to continue their education. Despite the scale and diversity of measures and instruments of the European Union, young people learn difficult for them. They can not navigate in the sea of specialized information and to use the resources that are provided by different lines. In this aspect, we can establish long-term cooperation between youth workers and young people who will be able to adapt to the socio-economic environment more easily and by the advice, motivating and training of youth workers, experts in this field. For the first time, it will appear an intermediate unit between the institutions, programs and measures of the European Union and the target groups of unemployed and extremely unmotivated youth. It will consist of representatives of civil society, social partners and youth workers, fully trained and generating different training, information, mediation and counseling initiatives and projects. They will represent the interests of young people, will instruct them and support them in their progress and well-being in modern society. Young people will be able to integrate socially with the support of people close to them, accustomed to their needs and their problems. Will discuss best practices and new project ideas to reduce youth unemployment.

The overall objective of the project proposal is valorisation of existing initiatives of European Union to reduce youth unemployment and social inclusion of young people and operationalization through youth initiatives and informal training.
Specific objectives can be generalize:
- Implementation of cross-border cooperation to non-formal education of youth workers
- Development of digital tools for training, counseling young people and the realization of their capacity in the labor market
- Deloveping of new and innovative projects and initiatives in the fight against the youth unemployment
