ARTNET: Art Network for Empowering Together

PLEASE OLNLY EUROPEAN ORGANIZAION AND REALLY WORKING IN THE ART FIELD (PAINTINGS, CERAMICS, CIRCUS, THEATRE, DANCE, COMICS, DIGITAL ART, ETC..).

ARTNET aims to bring together experienced and junior youth workers from across Europe who are active in the arts field to:

1.
Establish a network of youth workers involved in arts-based NGOs or aspiring to start one.
2.
Exchange informal, art-based, and transdisciplinary practices suitable for young people, especially those facing barriers (disabilities, social difficulties, low educational levels, etc.).

Specifically, the project involves a 5-day Partnership Building Activity (PBA) on October 2025 where 27 youth workers from 9 European countries will
showcase their artistic activities, co-create new ones, share best practices, and lay the groundwork for future European KA1 and KA2 projects.

. There will be 1 Trainer, 1 Coordinator, and 1 Mentor/Facilitator, bringing the total number of participants to 30.

The project objectives are as follows:
- Showcase creative best practices for working with young people.
- Demonstrate how cutting-edge digital tools can be integrated into daily creative activities.
- Discuss the challenges faced in the field of youth work and the arts.
- Learn from each other and brainstorm solutions to contemporary issues.
- Share insights from Erasmus+ collaborations in the arts sector.
- Expand European networks within the specific field of youth work and the arts.
- Develop project proposals for small-scale and large-scale partnerships (KA1, KA2).

THE SUPER PARTICIPANTS:
n.3 Youth workers per Partner (aged 18-55) with experience and/or starting out, active at a local level or with the ambition to found a new organization. We are looking for profi les with a strong inclination for
arts and creativity, such as artists, creatives, or
coordinators of artistic NGOs.

Ukrainian organizations are welcome.
