By bringing artificial intelligence and social entrepreneurship together, our project aims to improve the digital skills of youth workers, encourage them to produce innovative solutions and enable them to work more effectively with young people. In the context of youth work, thanks to this project, youth workers will make their social entrepreneurship activities more effective and become better equipped in the processes of creating social benefit by using artificial intelligence-based tools.
According to scientific research, the use of digital skills and artificial intelligence improves young people's problem-solving abilities and facilitates their participation in the labour market (European Commission, 2023). The main aim of our project is to support youth workers to adapt to the digital transformation process and enable them to develop innovative learning methods. We aim to explore how artificial intelligence technologies can be used in youth work, promote innovative practices in the field of social entrepreneurship and increase the capacities of youth workers to better prepare young people for the digital world they will face in the future.
In this regard, the specific goal of our project is to increase the profits of young employees in artificial intelligence and social entrepreneurship, to improve their ability to produce social solutions using digital tools, and to enable them to use new algorithms to guide young people.
Our project directly contributes to the transparency of the European Union's digital transformation and social inclusion. It is ensured that youth workers from different backgrounds from across Europe take an active role in this process, encouraging international collaborations and making learning processes more inclusive. In addition, it is aimed to increase the digital literacy levels of youth workers and digital growth units that support the better integration of disadvantaged young people into social life, new models that strengthen the economic warmth of young people with social entrepreneurship projects, and enable young people to benefit from digital opportunities more effectively.
